Our heart can only open to its’ current capacity.  The purpose of our practice is to increase the heart’s capacity to open.

To befriend all that arises with us, creates a kind of companionship with the heart.

Allow everything to soften you…this is the path of the Yogi.

In this workshop style class we will explore the theme of the Wise Heart, and how to cultivate a more compassionate response through dharma discussion, yoga asana, somatic or therapeutic movement, meditation, and self-inquiry.
